RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Process
Preliminary Review
We will assess your client’s eligibility for RPL through a preliminary review. It’s absolutely free! We will help them choose the right qualification considering their experience, knowledge and past qualifications.
Application
If your client is eligible, he will receive an application form and the RPL kit to get started. He will receive an Invoice for payment. Our friendly team will guide you through the process.
Portfolio of Evidence
Our RPL coordinator will work with you and your client to help gather all the required evidence. It may include your client’s resume, work references, work samples, photos and videos from his workplace, previous qualifications, and other such records
Verification and Evaluation
The evidence portfolio is verified and evaluated by competent assessors from our
partner RTO. Your client may have a few competency conversations with the
assessors so they know more about his skills.Qualification
If your client meets the evidence required for each unit of competency, he is then issued the qualification. If he does not meet the evidence required for certain units, we can organise for online training to get the relevant units of competency.
For certain occupations, there are separate authorities who undertake assessment of skills and knowledge, for example, for ICT Professionals it is the Australian Computer Society, for Lawyers and Solicitors it is the Legal Admissions Authority of respective state/ territory and so on.
