NSW has announced that the applications for State’s nomination for Business Migration Program 2021–22 can be made online for Subclass 188 (Business Innovation and Investment) provisional visa.
Eligible applicants must meet all the criteria, including State-specific requirements and the Department’s requirements are eligible to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect in the following streams:
- Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188A) – Business Innovation stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188B) – Investor stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188C) – Significant Investor stream
For Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188E) – Entrepreneur stream, the applicants cannot directly submit an EOI and instead must be invited to apply for NSW nomination before submitting an EOI. Once the applicants have received an invite, they are able to apply online for NSW nomination using this form, along with supporting documentation.
