- Specifies the prescribed Commonwealth, State, and Territory legislation under which officers may be authorised to access movement records, in accordance with subregulation 3.10A(1) of the Migration Regulations 1994.
- Details the prescribed agencies and employees of the Commonwealth, a State, or Territory, as outlined in paragraphs 3.10A(2)(a) and (b) of the Migration Regulations, and the specific purposes for which these employees may access movement records pursuant to paragraph 3.10A(2)(c)
- Reflects recent changes in agency names and structures to maintain accuracy.
- Removes references to repealed legislation
